PDFs opening with the wrong program

If you're trying to upload a document to Net Health/Alinea or any other program and the files are not uploading or opening as PDFs this should resolve your issue.

-Locate the folder your file is located in.

-Find the file you want to upload

-Right click on the file to open this drop-down menu

-Select the "open with" option to open another menu

-Select "Choose another app"

-Select Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

-make sure the "Always open .pdf with this program" is checked, and click OK

If your computer asks you to make Adobe your default program for opening the pdf files select YES.

If you experience any issues after this, please contact IT at 919-424-5077 as we may need to make sure Adobe is your default program to open PDFs
