Having Audio Issues with Zoom or teams

Teams-

First navigate to this button on the top right of the screen

Click it and you will see the settings option

Click settings

Scroll down to Devices and click that

Make sure your settings here match the headset that you have. If you are using your Lenovo laptop speakers, both MIC and SPEAKER should be set to Realtec
